parchments
Note: Not all of them will progress the quest, some are useless (they will appear as gray items instead of the quest item “Useful Discarded Parchment” when you pick them up).

The further you progress in this quest, the lower the chance of receiving a Useful Discarded Parchment. The First Parchment is always an 100% drop. By the time you attempt to get your Sixth Parchment, the drop rate is a 1 in 6 chance.

- Speak with Agent Ronan at Arlan’s Challenge.
