CM Kiwi, Artifact Vial Boost + More

Some further news tidbits:

• CM Kiwibird is one of several new CMs being added to the Community team. CM Kiwibird was originally a GM. [r]
• Unstable Artifact Tracking Vials to increase from 15min to 30min. Also, Patron Artifact Tracking Vials will be able to track Unstable Artifacts as well. ETA is next hotfix patch. [r]
• Dimension VFX graphic bugs – For terrain paints, try going to Settings -> Video -> Advanced and have Projected Textures checked. [r]
• About Wardrobe Costumes – Dev Marigold made a long post about certain wardrobe requests and what they can and cannot do with the system. [r]
