Carnival of the Ascended has been extended for another week, bringing the World Event to a total of 3 weeks.
The 3rd week introduces another 50-carnival-games weekly rewarding 2 doubloons* and a carnival celebration crate. Gained from:
- Sanctum – Carmichael the Clubfoot <Barker> located at (7420, 3143).
- Meridian – Bokk the Squint-Eye <Barker> located at (6193, 5178).
Since the Carnival Celebration Crate is still a reward, you can still use Seatin’s strategy to obtain fast crates.
Also, even if you already have 3 Auroral Doubloons, Dev Tacitus has mentioned that future Carnivals (i.e. next year) will have items purchasable with less than 3 Auroral Doubloons.
For fast completion join a balloon-stomping group as group members contribute to each others’ completion of the quest.
*Guardians are currently receiving 2 Auroral Doubloons whilst Defiants are receiving a 1 Auroral Doubloon quest. (likely a bug). Thanks to Hyakuōgi for providing info on this!

it’s a single dubloon now. but I’m glad I’m not crazy, I did see 2 dubloons on the first character.

It’s 2 for Guardian and only 1 for Defiants
