The Physician is the new 3.0 Soul for Rogues. It is a Healing soul that uses ranged abilities to heal/shield allies.

Obtained: “Dream Soul Pack” from Rift Store -> Services for 5,000 Credits (4,500 for Patrons). The Dream Soul Pack provides you with the Liberator, Physician, Arbiter and Oracle souls, applied account-wide.

Lore

The Physician comes from an alternate reality where Telara has been all but destroyed and the Ascended have escaped on ships traveling the Soulstream. It is a reality where the Akvan (the ancient evil that are under an eternal slumber in our reality) have contorted the cosmos and the Ascended look for the lost goddess (Goddess of Fate, most likely)

The Physician soul is known as Kiera who uses needle-tipped arrows to heal allies.
