Daglar has updated us with a post on the Rift Forums indicating that the Last Name Scroll price is actually 450 Credits (405 for Patrons). The large price originally on the Public Test Shard was a placeholder thanks to the item being a duplicate of another item.
The original item was duplicated from something else. PTS is updated sporadically – and prices are shared with live – where the final item had not been pushed as of this update.
The price is, last I checked, 450 credits.
