Goboro Reef Puzzle

Here’s a little peak by Trion as to what the Goboro Reef Puzzle will look like! Interestingly in the background is the massive Gyel Fortress/Goboro Reef Fortress that you can see in the Goboro Reef map we compiled.

Skelf Wallpapers

Trion also showed off two Skelf-based wallpapers with the following quotes:

Skelf destroy the last hatchling of every clutch, until the Ascended arrive. What have you unleashed upon the planes?

The Skelf seek to pilot the most powerful leviathans in the seas. Their schools turn the tide red.

Pretty amazing stuff. There’s still quite a few more Skelfs, including Shaman and Horror versions that we’ve got skeletons of. Can’t wait to see those in the flesh!

Lake Creature: Izbithu

This is clearly the lake creature we’ve been talking about for a while now. Here’s what the tweet had to say about this creature:

Imprisoned with divine words of power, Izbithu perished below Mount Sharax. What mad man would enter the corpse?

So it’s name is Izbithu. And below Mount Sharax? We know that Mount Sharax is a raid thanks to the new achievements on the PTS. In the image above, Mount Sharax looks like the ‘Cosmic Mountain’ models:

Izbithu, the Lake Creature

We finally have it’s name – Izbithu and what it ‘kind-of’ looks like in the flesh. Izbithu has been previously datamined before:

Here’s it’s model. It’s 4-headed with a gaping maw in the middle, leading me to believe this is the entrance to the Glacial Maw dungeon – especially given what the Glacial Maw models look like.

And here’s one of the Minimap Compilations we did for some of the areas of zones in 3.0: Nightmare Tide. As you can see in the middle, there’s the lake creature Izbithu. The top-left is probably the entrance to Mount Sharax.

Some interesting RIFT 3.0: Nightmare Tide images revealed by Trion! Can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us. It’s exciting to have all the pieces start to come together like this!
