== SUMMERFEST ==
* Ravensong is now set to Bind to Account.
* Zone Events and Rifts now drop a boosted amount of Merit Badges!
* Summerfest Party Baskets now stack to 99! You can now purchase more than one at a time.
* Chasing the Rainbow: Fixed an issue that could cause emptied chests to not despawn. Increased the respawn rate of chests.
* A Simple Bean: Added map markers of possible soil locations. Increased respawn rate of soil.
* Fire in the Sky: Added locations of the Firework Launchers to the quest text.
* Plant Trees in Scarwood Reach: Increased respawn rate of objectives.
* Critter Capture: Fixed these Summerfest quests.
* Fixed auction categories for Summerfest pets.
* Fixed graphic for Xalmathalmanar the IIIIVst.
* Fixed the character name for Backmane.
* Fixed a typo in the Beach Bum achievement.

GENERAL
* Raised the outgoing (server to client) data “full” threshold. This should improve network performance for players with good connections in extremely crowded and active areas, such as conquest.
* Reduced the XP awarded by turning in level 50-60 Storm Legion artifact sets.
* No longer fret if something happens to your phone while logged into RIFT Mobile! You can now contact Customer Support to disconnect your account from your phone.

RIFT STORE AND SERVICES
* Rare, Epic and Relic Lock Box Keys, as well as Swirling Infinity Particles purchased from the store, are now Bound to Account.
– This only affects new purchases.
– They will not stack with existing tradable versions.

ZONES AND QUESTS

EMBER ISLE
* The NPC Ismeneia no longer gives loot or XP.

STEPPES OF INFINITY
IA: Breaking the Supply Chain: All supplies will burn as they are supposed to now. (Thanks to Ireka@Typhiria!)

DUNGEONS AND INSTANCES

BINDINGS OF BLOOD: MAELFORGE
* Magcilian: Adjusted the stack limit of Voracity back down to 30.
* Players fighting Maelforge will now be summoned to a safe area on the platform on raid wipe.
* The shield Talos applies to players’ ‘Burning Conviction’ absorbs 40,000 damage, but says it only absorbs 20,000 damage. This typo will be fixed in an upcoming Hotfix.
* Magma spires will now deactivate during transition into the second air phase.
* Implosion no longer appears to prematurely detonate.
* Corrected an issue that caused Extreme Radiation to deal far more damage than intended.

GRIM AWAKENING
* Ultane now drops a trinket and an armor piece.

HAMMERKNELL: RUNES OF CORRUPTION, INTREPID: HAMMERKNELL
* Fixed an issue that sometimes awarded players dungeon or rift currency when saving them to the instance.

TRIUMPH OF THE DRAGON QUEEN
* Guardians and Defiants can now heal each other once more while in this dungeon.

ITEMS
* Soothing Hand of Enrichment can now be upgraded and sidegraded to a Strength/Dexterity variant.
