A few RIFT news tidbits for 21st July 2014:
- Mage Stormcaller changes: Along with all the recent Stormcaller overhaul changes, a few additional changes are being made:
- Storm Armor – The knockback on Storm Armor might only affect those in melee range in the future. Provide any feedback here. [r]
- Storm Locus – The short duration debuff on Storm Locus will be called Storm Fury in the next hotfix. [r] Also, Kervik has a fix in for Storm Locus randomly falling off when multiple players have it on the same target. Fix is also expected in the next hotfix. [r]
- Cross Shard Chat Leak Fix: Daglar has stated that there is a potential fix coming in for the cross-shard chat leaking in the next hotfix. [r] Note: Trion have attempted to fix this issue several times in the past so don’t get your hopes up.
- No change to Depleted Supply Crates drop rates: Daglar has reassured players that there has not been a change in drop rates to supply crates in “any recent time frame” due to patron enhancements (specifically referring to the ‘Marvelous Luck’ passive).
