RIFT STORE AND SERVICES

* Limited Edition: Archeum Troves are now available on the RIFT Store! If you’re lucky, you’ll get a tradeable item that grants an Archeum Founder’s Pack when consumed, giving the player ArcheAge alpha and beta access!
– Note: There will be a small delay before the account will show as being enabled. Additionally, you may need to log out of Glyph then log back in to see it in your games list!

* Concept contest cloaks are now flagged Bound to Account!
* Patron:
– Patron’s Radiance: No longer a toggled ability, and will now persist through death.
– Patron’s Focus: Call of the Ascended now resets the cooldown of all combat resurrections.

SOULS

MAGE

STORMCALLER
* Storm Locus: Fixed an error in the ability description. Previously it indicated it would hit 0 enemies instead of 8.
* Living Storm: Increased the duration of ranks 1 through 10 to 16s in order to match the duration of rank 11.

ROGUE

ASSASSIN
* Serpent Strike: Damage increased by 10%.

NIGHTBLADE
* Ebon Fury: Cooldown reduced from 120s to 60s. Duration reduced from 15s to 8s.

RIFTSTALKER
* NEW ABILITY: Mass Instigate: AoE taunt on 20s cooldown. Replaces Planar Reversal at 24 points spent in Riftstalker.

TACTICIAN
* Power Core: Fixed an issue where this debuff allowed for double dipping of additional damage abilities such as Arc and Shifting Blades.

DUNGEONS AND INSTANCES

BINDINGS OF BLOOD: MAELFORGE
* Implosion will cease being cast at 60%, rather than 50%.
* Scream of Chaos now has an 11s cooldown, up from 9s.
* Karine will no longer dive off Maelforge’s platform trying to attack him if her song is used during the start of the first air phase.

PLANEBREAKER BASTION
* Corrected a glitch with Krizzix’s death not correctly opening the gates to Inyr.
* Fixed a bug where players were credited with Defeating Warden Thrax when they killed Krizzix.

PVP AND WARFRONTS
* Healing and shielding are now reduced by 65% in PVP, up from 62% at level 60.

BLIGHTED ANTECHAMBER
* This warfront is now available to players level 40 and up!
* There are now better visual queues on where to return a flag.
* The Spire is now worth less points.
* You may no longer gain the top of The Spire while carrying a flag.

ITEMS
* Fixed misspelling in the Deity of Summer outfit.
* Summerfest World Event merchant has been disabled.
* Several items from the Bindings of Blood raids now have their trade window enabled!
* Cinderhide gloves are now tintable.
