A few tidbits of information was released today by Trion Worlds for RIFT for the 9th September 2014. Check them out below:
General
- This Friday Livestream moved to 3PM. This Friday’s Trion livestream talking about 3.0 Minions, Dimensions and Crafting has been moved from 1:30PM to 3PM PDT on 12th September [TC] [CD]. [r] I’ll have a Livestream Summary as per usual for those who can’t make it.
- Cleric Inquisitor Soul Changes. Kervik has posted initial Cleric Inquisitor changes that he is considering implementing. You can provide feedback in the thread here. Changes below:
- Reduce cooldown of Fanaticism to 30s.
- Remove Perseverance from the GCD.
- Reduce cooldown and duration of Perseverance to 1 min.
- Symbol of Corruption dots now stack.
- Symbol of Corruption now ticks on application.
- Radical Coalescence no longer resets cooldowns.
- Reduce cooldown of Radical Coalescence to 60s.
- Increase damage bonus of Radical Coalescence to 20%.
- Nysyr’s Rebuke refreshes all your stacks of Symbol of Corruption on the enemy with each tick of damage.
- Fix Spiritual Scrutiny’s armor/resist penetration to affect the dot portion of Sanction Heretic.
- Brutwacht Shard Issues. Earlier in the evening, Trion had database issues for the Brutwacht (EU) shard. A restart occured and everything should be back to normal. However, if you spent credits during the database issues and did not receive (or get to keep) an item you purchased, please contact Trion’s customer service. [r]

still no pvp nerf to inq healing like, eh, every other dps soul’s cd.
LOL no nerf?!??!! that is a huge nerf to inq healing no more double JP, double Harsh discipline ect
JP and the NB Twilight Transcendence still should have their self-heal nerfed like most other class abilities. Double JP will disappear but JP is still on a 60s c/d and heals for half their health.
