
A small ~139.1MB PTS Update is up as of 26th September 2014 with some updates.
Again, no significant datamined files. More map file updates.
Summary:
- Masteries Changes. Further Changes to all class’ masteries.
- Minions UI Changes. Further changes.
- New Raid Rifts.
- New Achievements. 120pts in Nightmare Coast.
- Other Updates. Nightmare Rift new healing/absorb orbs.
As always, everything below is subject to change prior to hitting Live and some things included below may never make it to Live release.
Masteries Changes
There’s a few Masteries changes to each soul.
Cleric Masteries:
- Soul Stream channel damage increased. The heal ability now restores 50% of Cleric’s Max HP instead of 30%.
- Healing Remnant. HoT/Absorb abilities apply a stack of Healing Remnant to the ally, increasing healing received by 1.5% per stack (up from 1%). Max 2 stacks. Lasts 15s.
- Divine Inspiration. New additional passive: Increases the range of your non-melee damaging abilities by 5m. Does not stack with other range increasing effects.
- Blessing of Penitence. New additional passive: Increases the chance for your Insignia of Protection to proc by 10%.
Mage Masteries:
- Arcane Manipulation. Interrupt ability now also gives +9 Charge.
- Sparking Destruction. Ethereal damage now at 25% of your Spell Power (down from 50%).
- Eldritch Swiftness. Increases unmounted movement speed by 10% (corrected from 0%).
- Mental Cynosure. New additional passive: Increases the amount of Charge your abilities generate by 10%.
- Healing Exigency. New additional passive: Increases the range of your non-melee damaging abilities by 5m. Does not stack with other range increasing effects.
Rogue Masteries:
- Level 65 ‘Energy’ abilities are now back to being called ‘Energy Manipulation’ instead of the three separate names that were added in the previous update.
- Ascended Biology. New additional passive: Cadenza now benefits from points spent in Invigorated Soul.
- Safeguard. New additional passive: Guardian Phase no longer has a penalty to Riftstalker damage abilities.
Warrior Masteries:
- Level 65 ‘Power’ abilities are now back to being called ‘Power Manipulation’ instead of the three separate names that were added in the previous update.
- Ethereal Strikes. New additional passive: Follow Up attacks refresh Open the Stream.
- Physiology Proficiency. New additional passive: Combat Focus increases your next 3 casts of Reaping Harvest by 20% instead of 1 by 50%.
- Shield Wall. New additional passive: Light’s Reprisal, Light’s Vengeance, and Retaliation refresh Aggressive Block.
- Resonating Strikes. Ability cost is reduced by 10% (up from 5%) during Wavelength.

Minions UI Changes
Further Minions changes, as announced by Gingers:
- Flying card animations are now almost twice as fast. Do they feel fast enough now?
- Increased the width of the adventure name text boxes to better allow for localization.
- Added “MINIONS” title to the header.
- Made the Aventurine icon a bit smaller.

New Raid Rifts
Two new raid rifts are available to beta testers for Goboro Reef and Tarken Glacier.
- Plane Crawler Project (Earth)
- The Sea of Ladon (Water)
The Raid Rifts are a WIP so I’ll just talk about them briefly.
Plane Crawler Project

Plane Crawler Project Raid Rift with Plane Crawler.
The Plane Crawler Project is an Earth Raid Rift summoned in Tarken Glacier. Almost all stages focused on fighting the Plane Crawler in the middle of the raid as well as adds that tend to buff it. There’s also several orbs with lasers attached emanating from the Plane Crawler that move back and forth during the entire encounter.
The Sea of Ladon

The Sea of Ladon Raid Rift
The Sea of Ladon is a Water Raid Rift summoned in Goboro Reef. It revolves around four platforms and several turrets in the area. You upgrade the platforms into shields that are supposed to shield you against lightning or arcane attacks.
Some interesting fights with an Akvan monstrosity/Akylios-like creature at the end. Gets very hectic in the final phase as mechanics from previous phases stack up.
New Achievements
Just 120 point addition, to Dungeons -> RIFT: Nightmare Tide -> Nightmare Coast.

Nightmare Coast Expert Achievements
Mainly Expert dungeon achievements. Showing the non-basic-kill expert achievements above.
Other Updates
Nightmare Rift Healing/Absorb Orb

Nightmare Rift Residual Energy
New Residual Energy orbs now drop in each stage of a Nightmare Rift. These last for about a minute on the ground. If you run over it, it will turn into an AoE. Standing in the AoE will give you stacks of Residual Energy.
Stacks up to 5 stacks. Makes stages a lot easier solo.
Small update with more Masteries and Minions changes as well as a few other tidbits such as new raid rifts.

wth? so there are masteries specificaly for paragon?! what about other souls!?!
Warrior Masteries are probably still a WIP.
If you look at other class’ masteries, they have the same. Some only will affect Harbinger, Chloro, or Warlock for mages. There is one for Arbiter, but it is pretty meh. They are all WIP still, but the soul-specific ones seem to be staying, at least for mage so far.
