Contest

Extra Life 2014 Contests

On top of the four other contests found yesterday for the Extra Life charity event, there’s two more contests

• “Name an Artifact Contest” by Dead Simon. [r]
• “Discovery Quest in Zone/Scene of Choice with Your Name” by Morticus. [r]

Note: The Artifact Set will contain 5 artifacts: 1 rare, 1 uncommon and 3 common. Top donater gets to name the Rare Artifact, second-highest gets to name the Uncommon and the random three remaining winners get one Common artifact named each. [r]

Fundraising Prizes Revealed

CM Morgana has revealed the fundraising milestones and rewards associated with them. Reaching the following milestones will have Extra Life send you an e-mail with code associated with the items below:

• $25 Milestone – Lifebound Steel Bundle
• $75 Milestone – Ice Strider and Extra Life Portrait Frame
• $150 Milestone – Extra Life Cape
• $500 Milestone – 25 random team members who reach the $500 milestone will get their choice of either a RIFT Nightmare Tide: Ultimate Nightmare Collector’s Edition or 1yr Patron. Everyone who hits the $500 milestone will also get a special Extra Life Portrait Frame (different from the $75 Milestone version).

[The Extra Life portrait frames are probably the ones datamined in the past. The one with the big angelic wing and halo is probably the special $500 fundraiser reward.]

• Singing Devourer Model Unchanged. Daglar has revealed that the Singing Devourer (155% mount) on the PTS that currently looks exactly like the Bounding Devourer on the RIFT Store will not be getting a model change. “The model is not the main selling point of this mount. The speed is as it causes every single one of your scaling mounts to increase to this speed.” [r]
