General

• PTS Datamining 13-14th October 2014. Further zone models, zone preview thumbnails, Onir weaponry skins/models, hermit crab rigs and further architecture skins. [Article]

• PTS Update for 15th October 2014. Another Cleric Mastery change; Void Seeker gear downgraded; Further Synergy Crystal changes; Favor Infused Accelerators; new Greater Essences; Test Gear changed to include real in-game gear; Onir Weaponry models in-game and new Zone Event Lures! • Extra Life Contest. Updated the Extra Life Information page with all the new fundraising milestone rewards and contests (now 6 of them!) being run by Trion for this upcoming 24hr gaming charity event being held on 25th Oct 2014. Check out all the information here.
  • Senior Game Designer Noah “Morticus” Holmes has added a ‘Name a Discovery Quest’ contest which also allows the winner to set the tone of the quest! [r] Check out his Donation Page here.

• Dream Orbs Stat Sheet Updated (On-Going). Greater Dream Orbs only work on Level 58-60 items so they cannot be used for Level 61+ Nightmare Tide gear. To improve load times the Dream Orbs Stat Sheet has now separated Nightmare Tide and Storm Legion stats. You can check out the new stats for Level 65 gear under the “(NT)” tabs. Nightmare Tide-related

• Further Minions Info.
  • Display Issue. If you get the display issue which makes your Minions UI empty, it is due to latency issues (usually hotloads) and can be fixed by relogging. [r]
  • In a situation where you have two Minions with one of their attributes the same, the Minion with the higher value of that attribute will have a better loot roll (still subject to rng though). [r]
  • Hurry costs aren’t just based on time left. It is also based on what type of rewards the adventure gives. [r]
  • Faratha reiterated that Minion rarity has no effect on XP gained, attributes, stats, stamina or difficulty to acquire. [r]

• Crafting Info. Faratha provided some additional information on crafting in Nightmare Tide: [r]
  • Crafted gear at Level 64 will cost more upfront but only require Dust of the Void to upgrade, whereas everything else costs Amenders to upgrade.
  • Stats on crafted items are not final.
  • Attainium (material used in Amenders and other recipes) is only obtainable from Long (8hr) and Promotional (10hr) Minion Crafting Adventures. Attainium becomes more attainable with higher-level minions with the correct attribute.

• Cleric Inquisitor Changes. More changes coming announced by Kervik: [r]
  • Aggressive Inquisition will be back to a 2s channel (up from current 1.5sec channel).
  • Symbol of Corruption will now deal 10/20/30% of Bolt of Depravity damage instead of 15/30/45%.
  • Bug Fix: Harsh Discipline was allowing players to move whilst channeling without the player having selected the Swift Judgment Mastery.

Based on the Neverland world from “Peter Pan”, this dimension has everything from morphed mermaids (just in time for Nightmare Tide!) to a cosy, fully-furnished ship off the coast – hook and all!
