General

• Server Downtime. Laethys, Wolfsbane and Faeblight experienced some extended server down-time due to hardware issues. [r] Unfortunately Laethys and Wolfsbane were rolled back between 1-3hrs prior to down-time and Faeblight was rolled back approx. 25hrs.
  • Daglar has announced that refunding of credit purchases within the rollback period is on-going and the three shards now have various experience and token +25% bonuses shard-wide for next 48hrs. Trion are also in discussion internally for additional gifts to players affected. [r] [Some affected players have reportedly received 750 Credits.].
  • Dev Tiffany has posted that everyone who posted that they were unable to locate their voucher codes for the Instant Level 60 Boost (gained from the Infusion/Ultimate Nightmare Edition packs) have been PMed. [r]

• RIFT 3.0 Hotfix #2. The latest hotfix hit the servers at 3PM PDT on 24th Oct 2014 (NA) and 1AM GMT on 25th Oct 2014 (EU). [r] Note: You will be asked to do a full download – this is a false alarm. Just click “Yes” when prompted and you should be able to download the small hotfix patch and play normally. [r]

• More Minions Info. A few more minions tidbits:
  • The pull-down menu for sorting Minions Cards in the Adventures Tab will be saved so you don’t have to constantly re-sort each time you re-open the Minions UI. [r]
  • Chance of obtaining Bounty and Unstable Artifacts are highest on Promotional and Long Adventures with high-star results. [r]
  • It is possible to get any artifact from an Artifact Adventure. Entire artifact loot table is part of the system. When ‘Okay‘ on the forums asked whether a particularly lucky player might see a “legendary unstable artifact as a reward?”, Faratha stated “yes”. [r]
  • If you’re experiencing some discreptancies on loot, this is because there are a few reward bugs that exist. Faratha is working on fixing them over the next few days. [r]
  • Snedhepl has stated there are plans to make it “more obvious how your stamina is increasing”. No specifics yet. [r]
  • What happens when you go on a Diplomacy adventure and receive Faction notoriety from one that you’ve already maxed? You receive gold/plat instead. [r]

• Questing. The early Goboro Reef quest ‘Parasites Below’ underneath the Atragarian Well will be getting an adjustment so that it is easier to understand what to do. [r]
