General

• Mount Sharax Launches Nov 5th. During the Livestream last week, Trion announced that the Mount Sharax Tier 1 20-man raid will open its portal up on Nov 5th. The livestream itself briefly previewed some of the Mount Sharax fights, although not much was different from the previous livestream test run on DEV_SupermanSocks’ channel – summary here.

• Extra Life 2014. The Extra Life 2014 event is well and truly underway with Trion’s 24hr livestream ending at 8am PDT on 26th Oct 2014. You can still clock in your 24hrs of total game-time until 8am PDT on 27th Oct 2014.
  • The Extra Life 2014 guild is on Greybriar. [r]
  • A chat channel ExtraLife2014@Greybriar also exists, although it is not that active.
  • Check out Trion’s livestream here. They are playing RIFT, Defiance, Trove and ArcheAge, rotating through the game and giving away codes to various items/passes/packs every now and then.
  • For those who have reached fundraising milestones, CM Morgana has stated that codes will be given out after the Extra Life event (next week).
  • As at the time of this post, Trion Worlds 2014 team was ranked 5th highest fundraising team with $85,000+ raised and Extra Life has topped $4mil in total donations to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals!

• NA Shards downtime. NA shards crashed for approx. 10-40min (shards came up one by one) briefly at about 7:50PM PDT. No rollback. [r]

• Minions Info. Sorting is changing so that filters are sorted by absolute values rather than percentages. [r]
