RIFT news tidbits for 28th October 2014. Check out all the info below:

General

• Minions Info.
  • Minion Card: Drekanoth of Fate. Players have tested and now confirmed that you need to have equipped the Title “The One Percent” and then enter the Rhen of Fate in Tarken Glacier at /setwaypoint 6362 4228. “The One Percent” title is earned from Achievements -> Raids -> Bindings of Blood -> “Scraping The Threads of Fate” for the Bindings of Blood: Greenscale raid encounter.
  • Hidden Minions from specific-attribute missions. Pithos mentioned that Trion currently does not have the tech to reward hidden minion cards from specific-attribute missions but it is something they are interested in adding in the future. [r] This means that:
    • There are currently no Hidden Minions gained using a specific combination of minion-adventure attributes; and
    • Look forward to some in the future, so get as many Minions as possible to cover all combinations!
  • Stamina Sorting. Stamina sorting will sort by absolute value instead of percentage. This should solve issues of minion cards ‘not in order’. ETA: Next update. [r]
  • Possible more Minion Slots. Snedhepl stated that Trion is considering adding more slots but “no decision has yet been made”. [r]

• On Buff Removal at Mentoring. Tacitus explains that Trion had to make a choice between trivializing Nightmare Rifts in the old world or choosing to only allow them in the new Plane of Water zones. They chose the former. However, with launch over, an engineer is now looking to find a better way to scale buffs so you don’t have to re-buff every time you mentor up or down. [r]

• Class Changes.
  • Mage Pyromancers: Kervik is going to make it so that Arcane Manipulation does not consume a stack of Internalize Charge since it doesn’t benefit from the buff but currently consumes it. [r]
  • Mage Arbiters: Shared Agony will now apply the caster’s Guard rating on its target instead of Parry. ETA: Next week, won’t make this week’s hotfix. [r]
