General

• Minions Info:
  • Aventurine Cap. There is an Aventurine cap, it’s just not reachable – 2 billion Aventurines. [r]

• Storm Legion Zones Infinity Stone Reward. Storm Legion Zones are still rewarding Infinity Stones for zone events. Tacitus has confirmed that this will “persist for a while” but he is working on adjusting the loot tables. No ETA. [r]

• Instant Adventure Overhaul. The Instant Adventure reward overhaul to make IA rewards scale better with ‘aventure’ rewards that apply across continents ‘should’ go live next week. [r]
  • Planarite adjustments to Nightmare Rifts should also go in.

• Fae Yule Next Week. Fae Yule World Event is likely to appear next week, as hinted by Tacitus. Prep your Aventurine! [r]

• No Arbitrary Warfront Win Quest. Daglar has confirmed that Trion will not be introducing arbitrary win quests for warfronts. Warfront Win Quest will remain with specific warfront requirements. [r]

Adam Harrington At Trion for Voice Acting

Adam Harrington, the voice behind a large number of characters in numerous video games and TV shows tweeted that “The @Riftgame boys working me hard again”. He’s the man who lent his voice for Swarmlord Khargroth, Prince Casimar, Jultharian, Scotty Malm, Psychophage Primakov and…Orphiel Farwind.

And that’s my guess into who he was voicing today. Orphiel Farwind was mentioned as being part of the expansion in a previous livestream by Captain Cursor and the lore thus far hints at a ‘Magician’ which points to this mysterious, Founder of the Defiant.

Could he be a Tenebrean? In any case, we’ll probably get to see Orphiel pop up in the months ahead.
