Gift E-mails Sent Out!

Trion has begun sending out gift codes to players who subscribed to receive RIFT e-mails since today.

You get 7 Days Patron time and a Limited Edition: Merry Mink Trove from the code!

Head on over to your RIFT Apply Code page to apply!

Haven’t received the e-mail yet?

Chances are that if you haven’t received your e-mail you either didn’t subscribe by the time the e-mails starting getting sent out, have it in your spam folder or (if gmail users), it’s probably under your Promotions tab. The other reason would be that these e-mails are probably being sent out in batches (due to the large no. of them) and they might not have gotten round to your e-mail yet.

Still no luck? Contact Support to get this fixed up for you.

    Now the Hard part is to wait if I get that e-mail, as I can most trion e-mail even most the time none from rift.

      Double check that you have subscribed to getting RIFT newsletters/promos via your account page on the RIFT website. After that, check that your mail settings has rift@email.triongames.com whitelisted so it isn’t counted as spam. Plus if you are a g-mail user, check your Promotions tab in your Inbox because that’s where it usually defaults to.

    received email on both accounts, can not use code multiple times.
    I liked the dimensional goods from last year, better…
    At least I didn’t get a weapon enhancement…I got a level 60 axe 😦
    But hey its a freebie. (Its no free tank from wargaming though)

    I’m signed up for emails (have been for a while), but didn’t receive a gift email yet (checked spam, etc.) Has anyone else had this issue?

      It’s being sent out in batches. You can check out a thread here with players discussing it. Some have gotten it whilst others took a while longer. Others received theirs a few hours before their partner received theirs.

    I got the mail , bu in game the present had only a trove. No patron time.
    Does it matter that im not a patron? 7 days Patron time is only for patrons?

      Have you checked your account page to see if the patron time has been applied there? If you go to your Abilities window (default key “p”), does it show “Patron Abilities” tab? Relogging might work for it, otherwise you may need to contact support. Pretty sure the 7 days patron time is not just for patrons.

      Got the e-mail on one of three accounts, everything fine…
      I can confirm that Patron time works for non-parons like me.

      Probably contact Trion support or put out an in-game ticket.
