Fae Yule World Event

The Fae Yule World Event started on 11th Dec and will end on 8th January at 3:30PM Server Time.

• Dream Orb Stat Sheet Update. Just a heads up that the Tier 1 Relic Helm/Shoulders Dream Orb stats have been added in. They aren’t much of an improvement on the epic stats. Also grayed the Main Stat + Endurance columns to show that Savant Dream Orbs don’t have those stats and it’s only for the Greater Dream Orbs. You can check out the stat sheet here.

• On Fae Yule Gift Codes. CM Ocho has made a post talking about the various issues that can occur that might result in you not receiving your Fae Yule Gift Code via e-mail. Besides the usual spam filtering, there’s also the issue for players who have ever unsubscribed from receiving e-mails. [r]
  • If you had signed up to receive RIFT newsletters/promo e-mails before the recent codes were sent out and haven’t received your code yet, please contact support to get this resolved.

• Minions Info:
  
  • Max Minion Pattern. There seems to be a pattern appearing with maxed ( lvl 25) minions. Interesting tidbit for anyone trying to determine which of their minions to max out first.
    • Single Attribute Minions max out at an attribute value of 20. So max attribute score you can get is 20 for an adventure.
    • 2x Element Minions max out at 18 + 17. Max attribute score of 18 (since no adventures use two elements).
    • 1x Element + 1x Profession Minions max out at 18 + 7. Max attribute score of 25 (if both attributes match).
    • Minions with 3+ attributes don’t follow these rules. For instance, Drekanoth of Fate has 6 attributes and they each max out at a value of 12. So max attribute score is 24 (if two attributes match the adventure).

• No Hotfix for Faelight Sparkle Chest. As mentioned in last week’s Trion Livestream, Daglar has reiterated that they will not be fixing the 50/50 distribution between tank and dps/heal gear that comes from the Faelight Sparkle Chests since there is no hotfix for this week. Drop rates will be adjusted for future events that makes use of chests of a similar nature. [r]

• Fae Yule Story Quests Redone. Tacitus has mentioned that he would like to replace the current Fae Yule Story Quests with actual story quests and to remove the phase-limit that currently exists on these story quests for future Fae Yule events. Not 100% concrete though. [r]

• Hammerknell Instant Adventure. Tacitus teases us again announcing that work on the “Hammerknell Adventures” mentioned during Trion Worlds’ Community Day 2014 will likely be his next big project to work on after the holidays. [r]
