Trion held a livestream today going over Tyrant’s Forge and the three bosses: Johan, PUMPKIN and Mecha Crucia. Showed two pieces of a loot (and a relic upgrade), and reveals BiS Capes with %-based procs will drop from the encounter.

A new hotfix comes up to fix some pressing issues like PA reset. Faeblight guild chat down; further bug fixes incoming for Reavers, Weapon Aegis, various mobs and more; Guffin concept art. The P.U.M.P.K.I.N mount.

A couple of fixes coming in, including to fix the issue of players who have more than 1,283 PA having their PA reverted to the old max upon log out/crash. Some of the old chronicles are also back up; Risarian Minim drop rate back up and more.

Special edition of RIFT News Tidbits with a large amount of Patch 3.1 information (mainly information on new bugs with the latest patch and what to watch out for). Also, Kervik steps down as Mage/Cleric class dev – replaced by Red Hawk.

Full Patch 3.1 patch notes have been posted up. Very large changes including Reaver, Marksman and Necromancer changes. Whole bunch of PvP changes, new UI changes and more!

RIFT will be down for ~11hrs starting midnight PST on 28th Jan. Vladd also posts full patch notes for Rogue Marksman and Warrior Reaver changes coming to Patch 3.1 tomorrow. Morticus also teases something about Apothecaries and Amenders.

Large price reductions on all World/Expert gear on the RIFT Store. Hold off on purchasing any World/Expert gear until after 3.1 patch is out.
