Unexpected NA Shards downtime

The NA shards have unexpectedly gone down at approximately 4:22pm PST.

No official information from Trion yet but I’ll keep you all posted.

Updates

[4:57pm PST] – Might have been a minor hiccup. Closing the game and coming back in fixed it for many players. Guild Chat and Mail are working now.

If your Minions are empty, log out and log back in and that should fix it.

[4:55pm PST] – Game might have crashed again. (or at least characters/game froze for many players who just came back online).

[4:51pm PST] – All shards are up! Guild Chat and Mail are still down.

[4:32pm PST] – Shards are slowly coming back online one by one.
