Unexpected NA Shards downtime

The NA shards have unexpectedly gone down at approximately 6:13pm PST on 25th Jan 2015.

No official information from Trion yet but I’ll keep you all posted.

Updates

[7:12pm PST] – NA Shards back up again.

[7:10pm PST] – NA Shards down again/all chars froze/loading screen.

[6:51pm PST] – Shards slowly coming back online one by one, starting with Deepwood.
RIFT Forums are still down.
Trion have responded on Twitter:

[6:43pm PST] – Shards back down again. RIFT Forums experiencing “database error”.

[6:25pm PST] – Shards slowly coming back online one by one, starting with Seastone.

[6:13pm PST] – NA Shards down.
