The EU shards have been experiencing some across-the-board latency spikes, chat server issues and unexpected down-time. Trion will be restarting EU servers to hopefully fix the issues.

btw I tried to run my rouge – ranger the other day but after last patch I cant run and shoot. i have to stand still. wassup???
Check your hotkeys via ESC -> Key Bindings and find “Duplicate Dimension Item” under Dimensions category. The default I think is CTRL+D. That means that if you have CTRL+# hotkeys and you’re trying to move, say, right whilst pressing CTRL+# key, it’ll assume you’re trying to duplicate a dimension item and not move.
There could be other reasons for your issue. Or perhaps some Mastery or Soul was reset/changed so you have to hard-cast now.
