RIFT news tidbits for 18th March 2015.

General

• About Greater Procs. Marauder (PvP-dropped) Greaters had their procs increased to Level 65-equivalent with this week’s hotfix. However, upgrades to the Greater still have Level 60 procs. This will be fixed in next week’s hotfix. [r]

• More on IA Changes. Tacitus revealed that in 3.2, Instant Adventures will reward notoriety tokens similar to zone events that can be turned in. There will be new turn-ins for lower-level notoriety as well. [r]
  • Tacitus also reiterated that the recent changes to Goboro Reef in terms of objectives & boss scaling will also be introduced in Storm Legion and Mathosia zones in 3.2. Mathosia zones will also be getting empowered mobs. [r]

• PTS Update. PTS was updated again; will have more details later, but a few tidbits:
  • Dire Corruption (Reaver) dots no longer keep you in combat. Also, Dire Step (Reaver) removes all DoTs except bleeds. These are now up on the PTS.
  • Shaman’s Deep Freeze stuns target and up to 4 other enemies within 10m of them for 3secs. Increases damage taken from Cleric on all affected foes by 50%. 1min CD. Main change from yesterday’s update is that the tooltip now includes the “10m” part, which is a 3m increase from the March 13th update.
