RIFT news tidbits for 26th March 2015.

General

• Article: RIFT 3.2 Wardrobe Update. Gingers has posted up a new article on the RIFT website detailing all you need to know about the upcoming wardrobe system. You can find a quick summary here, or view the article here.

• PTS Update for 25th March 2015. The PTS was updated on the 25th March. Not much has changed except the RIFT Store -> Wardrobe -> Weapons section only has one weapon wardrobe for Hammerknell now: Dollin’s Royal Blade. The rest have gone. Bulk of download seems to be changes to a variety of existing models and meshes (likely as part of the game performance improvements mentioned in RIFT 3.1 Hotfix #9).

• Live Datamining for 25th March 2015. A few files popped up in the latest hotfix: more crossbow/pistol files; Air Horse; ‘Sylph’ character; Wings as rewards. More info here!

• Dimension Info.
  • Pricing. Prices for upcoming additions to dimensions in 3.2 (like sky projectors/snow vfx) are not final yet. They will appear on PTS “soon”. [r]
  • Dimension Item Suggestions. Got a suggestion for a dimension item from an existing in-game item/model? Send it Morticus’ way here!
  • Interactable Books. Krug has announced that he has made a few books that you can place in your dimension and click to read. He is still deciding how to distribute these and what other books can be converted to interactive dimension items. [r]

• Sanctum Destroyed [Lore]. Captaincursor has responded to a thread about the destruction of Sanctum and stated “perhaps we’ll will see this”. So it’s a maybe. [r]
