RIFT news tidbits for 10th April 2015.

General

• RIFT 3.2 Launch Date Announced. The launch date for RIFT Patch 3.2: Echoes of Madness has been confirmed as April 15th 2015. Check out this article here for a summary of all the major changes coming to 3.2 that we know of.

• PTS Update for 8-9th April 2015. Tier 1 store weapons get Relic upgrade; Fragments of Madness (T2 currency) added to NT Dailies/Weeklies and new IA Notoriety turn-in quests. Full details here.
  

• Fix to Greaters – Everyone gets Planar Essence Removal Devices. There’s on-going issues with Greater Essences. The fix to Greater Essences will result in significant change to how they function internally in order to allow them to work properly. Due to this issue, Trion wishes to let changes to how they work sit on PTS for a while. [r] As such, you might want to remove any Greater Essences you have that are not functioning properly.
  • Starting with the next hotfix, everyone will get a couple Planar Essence Removal Devices available in the Claim section of the RIFT Store (top-right corner of main page). These gifts are claimed once per account and will only be available until the following week’s hotfix.

• HK Itemization Feedback. The Tier 2 gear is now available on the PTS to check out. If you have any feedback, please use Vladd’s posting format here. The gear can be accessed in the Master Mode Dummy Foundry via Mr. SL Raid 1.

• Interactive Books Info. Krug has confirmed he cannot shrink any of the interactive dimension books coming with 3.2. However, he’ll have some smaller books in the future. [r]
