RIFT news tidbits for 11-13th April 2015.

General

• PTS Updates. Two updates for the 10th and 13th of April 2015:
  • 10th April: Crafting weekly now has 630 Fragments of Madness reward option. Tier 2 gear drops now available for viewing from Master Mode Dummy Foundry. More info/screens here.
  • 13th April: Tier 2 weapon drops have new upgrade paths/procs. Different currency bonuses now work on FoH and FoM. Nightmare Realignment Tool daily available to all and Pack of Planar Essence Removal Devices are up. More info/screens here.

• Wardrobe Clarification. Gingers clarifies that physical items will no longer be placed in your wardrobe. Instead, items you have currently in your wardrobe will be mailed back to you, but their appearances/dye slot information will remain in your wardrobe sets. Also, appearances you have not collected will have a “Collecting this unlocks the [appearance] wardrobe appearance”, but items you have already collected will not have additional text in its tooltip. Thus, all items whose appearance you’ve already collected will not have any extra tooltip to indicate that it has been collected. [r]

• Hammerknell IAs not on 3.2 Launch. CM Ocho has announced that Hammerknell Instant Adventures will not be released at the launch of 3.2 as it still requires further testing. [r] (Note: It is currently not available on the PTS).

• Reminder: Save Quests. CM Ocho has posted a reminder that with 3.2, daily/weekly quests will now reward Fragments of Madness in addition to the other currencies they currently reward. Please be aware that there may be a gap between weekly reset and this week’s RIFT 3.2 patch update. As such, you probably do not want to complete dailies/weeklies within that ‘gap’. [r]

• St. Range Monastery [Dimension]. Taking a look at a new dimension, Feendish explores Frond@Zaviel’s “St. Range Monastery”. Great architecture with lovely shrines, details and an amazing courtyard. Check it out here!

• A Cozy Night In [Dimension]. Tilliepops@Gelidra has posted up her “A Cozy Night In” dimension over on The Dimension Gallery. The 2nd place winner in Louvinette’s “Take My Breath Away” Contest, the dimension displays a lovely living room with a couple watching “The Notebook”. Check out some screenshots here!

• Rift – Dance [Video]. Laeti has uploaded a /dance video for Rift with her friends set to the tune of “Sexy And I Know It” by LFMAO. Check it out here!
