Topofrift has some weird kill-time mistakes again, expect to change some of these rankings when they get fixed.
You mean the time difference between EU and NA? I think TopOfRift adjusts the first week whenever a new raid is added to account for the difference between patch times. So the rankings for the first week of kills is based on kill time from patch. Or something like that.
