Razorback Roundup Promo Week

The Razorback Roundup Promo Week introduces the new Razorback mount and adds two new achievements and three dailies to complete.

• Promo Week extended to Monday, May 18th at 3:30PM ST.

General

• Mount Discounts + Sale. RIFT has a 25% discount on all mounts on the RIFT Store from now until 17th May 2015. (Patron 10% discount also applies). They also have mini flash sales every couple of hours for rare mounts. Examples include the Red Kitsune and Ember Nebula mounts. [r]
  • Archonix has stated that the Red Kitsune might appear again over the weekend. [r]
  • Refund. If you happened to have purchased a Red Kitsune yesterday before the 25% discount was applied, you should notice that you’ve been refunded the difference. [r]

• RIFT Live Datamining for 13th May 2015. Latest hotfix’s data files include a Nightmare Squirrel Mount, Backpack models for each race/gender, Fairy Costume and a Western Hat. More Info/Screens here.

• Dream Orb Stats Sheet Updated. The Tier 2 Epic dream orbs stats have been updated. There seems to have been an adjustment to the stats at some point that has increased each possible combination by approx 1-2 stats each. (Thanks to Drellannor@Brisesol for the info!). • Ancient Mechanized Ethian Steed to become Bind to Account. As stated, the Ancient Mechanized Ethian Steed might be turning from Soulbound to Bind to Account. This relates to the mount that is fished up using Uncle Stan’s Super Secret Lure (or Lure of Planar Distortion). [r]

• New Forum. CM Ocho has revealed that Trion is “investigating the possibility of moving to a more modern forum software”. Look forward to that in the future. [r]

• Bonus Roll on Minion Chain. Snedhepl has revealed that the minion chain adventures have a bonus to your loot roll. With next week’s hotfix the ‘difficulty’ rating will change to read ‘Bonus to Roll’ to make it clearer that the minion chain gives better loot roll. [r]

• Feedback on Minion Chain Suggestions. Snedhepl would like your feedback on some changes he is exploring for the Tasuil minion chain. Do you want lower stamina cost, or an artifact set reward for getting 6-star at end of chain? Check out Snedhepl’s post for details.

• Tracking down Ability Lag. If you are experiencing ability lag, Dev_SupermanSocks would love to hear from you! If you are able to record a video of your character experiencing ability lag and/or provide timestamps of when the ability lag occured, it would really help Trion to narrow down the exact cause of the ability lag. PTS is back online, although there’s been no new update since the shard was closed off earlier in the week.
