And now since the rise of REX prices, all is gonna get crazy
Why there are fewer REX sellers (deepwood)?? at least I got that sensation

There’s likely fewer REX sellers because there’s nothing new to buy that requires plat. Back when F2P first hit, REX was at about 800-900p because we were still in Storm Legion and players were paying 20k for Level 50 Greaters. The amount of plat generated and the relative lack of plat sinks means inflation; stuff like REX are the first to see an increase. Now that it’s been a good few months into Nightmare Tide, less and less REX sellers need the new 65 Greaters. And besides AH fees, porticulum costs and soul mend costs (which are nothing), there’s nothing else that removes plat from the game that you can’t get cheaper by going plat -> REX -> Credits.

There’s pretty much no new desirable item/s to spend plat on either. The exception might be a handful of portrait/warfront announcers that are going cheaper than standard plat/Credit rates on the AH, but those currently sell for 20-30 plat each so a REX seller hardly needs to bother selling REX for that.

Demand for plat is low, so the normal REX sellers just buy Credits instead (which is more cost-effective for them if they’re after Credits). This isn’t helped by the fact that so many new, desirable items are behind a Credit wall. So the overwhelming majority of players who don’t buy Credits are now scrambling for the few REX sellers left.
