Notice: 10hr Summerfest Promo Adventures Disabled

Notice General Feature Image

Notice: Trion has announced that the 10hr Summerfest Promo Adventures have been disabled due to a reward issue. Don’t spend your Aventurine yet! Will be back next week.

Also, Archonix mentioned that unlike previous world events, 6-star 10hr Summerfest Promo Adventures will no longer guarantee the limited event currency or lockboxes. Instead it will be a chance drop (no clue what % that is):

While they no longer reward as often as Fae Yule and Autumn Harvest, 6 star promo rewards should still have a chance to award Friendship Bracelets and Promo Boxes.

There is a bug in how those rewards were being generated, so we’ve taken them offline to get them fixed. They’ll return next week.

I started a few 10 hrs adventures when Summerfest started and sure enough I got 2 6-star summerfest adventure rewards. When i tried to clain the first one, I got NO loot window. Trying to claim another adventure gives an error message “You have to close the loot window before claiming another reward.” So now im stuck with my minion adventures.
I sent a request to a GM. Hope they can fix this asap.

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried /reloadui or logging off and on to see if it at least fixes your minions? Sometimes the loot window ends up appearing a short while later behind your Minion window. Hope Trion gets that sorted out for you and provides you with a refund!

Same thing with me Trellarian, logging and reloads didn’t make any difference, though thanks for the suggestions.

I also raised a ticket but as I’m no longer a patron they will answer it by closing it automatically about Christmas time without reading it.

I can’t think of a single event in the last year that hasn’t had one or more parts withdrawn in the first 24 hours, I guess that’s what you get with only 48 hours testing on the PST and your main staff working on other projects at the same time for that next big game…

At least Riftgrate keeps us informed! keep up the great effort Khortish
