Summerfest World Event

The Summerfest World Event is on-going. There’s a ton to do including scavenger hunts, dailies, fishing, a new minion chain and all new Wings and Backpack costumes! Below you can find everything you need to know about Summerfest 2015:

General

• Livestream Summary for 12th June 2015. Trion had their latest RIFT Livestream with information on 3.3 content! Nightmare Saga, Account Banks, Tarken IAs, Queue for Random Chronicles, Planar Crafting, Intrepid: Gilded Prophecy and more! Full information here!

• Conquest: Steppes of Infinity Disabled – Confirmed. Archonix has confirmed that the removal of Conquest: SOI is intended. Trion is working on numerous changes to optimize Conquest queuing and removing SOI temporarily helps with this. [r]

• Summerfest Minimum Level to 10. Tacitus will be changing the minimum level required to pick up all Summerfest quests so that you can pick up the higher-level quests even at Level 10. No ETA provided, but probably will be in next week’s hotfix. [r]

• Summerfest Bugs.
  • Gloamwood Scavenger Hunt will now autocomplete until the respawn rate on the tree is fixed. Fix coming next week. Until then, pick up the quest and it will autocomplete for you. [r]
  • About Scarwood Scavenger Hunt. The Scarwood Scavenger Hunt isn’t giving credit. If you complete Moonshade Highlands hunt, it will also complete Scarwood’s hunt. [r]
  • Fae Finery Bug. Pants should not be visible. Fix will be coming in. [r]
  • “What Vacation>” Dimension Bug. You may have noticed that completing “The Great Dusken Scavenger Hunt, Part 1” doesn’t update to “What Vacation?”

• About Missing NPCs on PTS. As mentioned before, most NPCs are missing on PTS. This is intentional for testing purposes. Should be fixed in next PTS Update. [r]

• Windows 10 Compatible. RIFT should now be compatible with Windows 10 test versions. (Thanks to WockyCC for the info!)
