General

• Article: Get The Inside Scoop on Assault Mode. Trion has posted up the information about the upcoming Assault on Bronze Tomb warfront and the new Assault Mode it introduces on their main website. You can check it out here.
  • Same as what CM Ocho posted up on the forums yesterday, but there’s also a feature image here that gives a teaser to what the place looks like.

• Reminder: Warfront Playtest + Livestream. Just a reminder that Trion will be holding a PTS Playtest of the new “Assault on Bronze Tomb” warfront on the Public Test Shard on Friday, July 24th 2015 at 3:30PM PDT. They will also be holding a livestream about the warfront at the same time that you can view on Trion’s Twitch Channel. [r]

• Razorback Roundup Promo Week. New Armored Razorback Mounts are available as a rare chance drop from Armored Razorback Troves on the RIFT Store! Starting at 3:30PM PDT on Thursday, 23rd July 2015, you will also be able to earn Succulent Truffle currency via some daily quests in Moonshade Highlands. You can learn more about the promo week here.
  • Note: The quests are available in Moonshade Highlands at /setwaypoint 6130 2291. However, the event tracker isn’t working. Since the event tracker isn’t working, most players probably don’t know the promo week is happening – tell your guildies!

• PTS Update. The PTS has been updated in the last two days. Not much except that the blue button in Tempest Bay now allows you to skip the warfront and expert requirements for Act III of the Nightmare Saga (for testing purposes) so you can now finish the saga. [r]
  • Nightmare Saga Weapons. Sedvick over on the RIFT Forums has posted up screenshots of the models for all the weapons that you can get from the Nightmare Saga. He has also posted up both the Epic and Relic-upgraded stats for each weapon. Check them out here!
  • Note: The weapons will have procs! They just haven’t hit PTS yet. According to a previous livestream, the weapons should be getting unique procs that haven’t been seen in-game yet! [r]

• Minion Database Updated. The Minion Card Database has been updated with the following additions:
  • Pay to Whinny. The minion card that you get as one of the Mini Rewards when progressing through Silver Tier Loyalty is now up on the database. Earth + Harvesting with 30 Max Stamina. (Thanks to Gordu@Gelidra for the info!)
  • Grace. A new minion called “Grace” was found in the discovery logs. Hunting + Diplomacy Attribute with 20 max stamina. Obtained from Uncle Stan’s Lure (Thanks to Gordu@Gelidra and Tarindil@Wolfsbane for the info!)
    
• Issues with Instant Adventures. If you are having any issues with Instant Adventures (mainly Tarken Glacier ones), check out Tacitus’ post here for what kinds of info he is looking for to help pinpoint the issue.

• Rift Reforged Ep 40 [Video]. Rift Reforged has held Episode 40 of their fortnightly livestream talking all things Rift! This week they are joined by Huntie and Pizzacat from Rift-Wardrobe.com! You can check out the initial recorded video here! There’s a few tech difficulties at the end but the team will have a refurbished recording ready at a later date.

• Dimension Showcase: Space Themed [Video][Dimensions]. Nouvae over at The Dimension Gallery has posted up a new Dimension Showcase video. This week the dimensions are space-themed – You ever seen the Star Wars-themed dimensions, or perhaps you’re more of a Star Trek fan? Must see dimensions! • Hero’s Quest: Sleeping Beauty [Dimension]. Feendish over at The Dimension Touring Company has taken a look at Jaedor@Greybriar’s “Hero’s Quest: Sleeping Beauty” dimension in her latest tour. An absolutely amazing tower with – you guessed it – sleeping beauty within! Check it out here!
  • Be sure to tune in at 11am PDT this Saturday, 25th July 2015 where the DTC Roadshow will be touring this dimension and others with guest dimensioneer Jaedor!
