If you completed Act II before August 12th, you’ve probably noticed you don’t have the starting quest for Act III.
What you need to do is go back to the satchel in Stillmoor to pick up the first quest of Act III of the Nightmare Saga. This is located at /setwaypoint 1894 2632.
Conquest War Fire
Also, if you are on the 5x Warfront + Conquest War Fire quest, here’s how to complete the war fire portion of the quest:
- Enter Conquest. You can access Conquest from the PvP Window (default key “k“) -> Conquest tab -> Join.
- Click on a big Brazier near your faction’s base. When you click on it your feet should get a glowing, trailing green vfx. (unless you get the vfx bug, than just check your buffs).
- Mount up and head to the Eye of Regulos (center of the map). Around the edges near the ‘ground floor’ should be smaller braziers. Click on one of them to complete the objective.
Rare Mob Hunting
If you are on the part of the Nightmare Saga where you need to kill one rare mob per Nightmare Tide zone, check out the Fire & Ice guild’s amazing Plane of Water Rare maps here!
The link goes to the Draumheim map. Just use the drop-down menu under “Maps & Tools” for the rest!
Nightmare Weapons
You will be rewarded with your choice of one weapon at the end of the Nightmare Saga. This can be upgraded with a Heart, some Abyssal Crusader’s Accelerators and a Nightmare Weapon Amender to their Relic version.
Note: The Epic and Relic versions have different skins.
Best of luck with the last few quests of the Nightmare Saga and hope you enjoy your weapon reward at the end of the chain!
For those who aren’t at Act III yet:
- Act I is obtained from your mailbox when you hit Level 65, or from Purgav.
- Act II is obtained from the Tempest Bay Throne Room.
Thank you I was wondering where to start doh call me old
Is there a write up on how to kill Lord Arak at the end of Nightmare Act 3?
I’ll be writing up a Nightmare Saga guide at some point though I’ve been a little busy lately. For Lord Arak, just listen to the Vigils’ advice – stay in the moving AoE, move out of the bad AoE, keep Lord Arak out of the bad AoE…and destroy the goo mob when it spawns.
Hello, what about primalists? There is no weapon for them? :S
Primalists /do/ have a Nightmare Saga weapon. It just isn’t listed here because Primalist was not released at the time of posting this article.
