General
- RIFT 3.3 Hotfix #10. Very small update; Intrepid: Gilded Prophecy’s achievement “They’re So Delicious” will now only be awarded if the required conditions are met. That’s it for the hotfix notes. [r]
- MMOReporter’s Rift Planetouched Wilds Preview [Video]. MMOReporter was given a video demonstration of RIFT 3.4: Into the Wilds during PAX Prime 2015. The video includes Planetouched Wilds zone, Rhaza’de Canyons dungeon, Primalist calling, 20-man raid Mind of Madness and warfront Assault on Bronze Tomb info. Check out the video here!
- GREY2K Promotion: Greathound Mount. Trion has started a promotion in RIFT that introduces a brand new mount, the Greathound. The promotion is in partnership with GREY2k USA Worldwide, the largest greyhound protection and adoption organization in the United States. Full info here with screens of the mount!
- Archonix has mentioned that in the past 2-3 days since the promotion began, the promo is “well ahead of RIFT’s contribution to the Doctors Without Borders drive” (that they held last year) for donations to GREY2k USA Worldwide. [r]
- Instant Adventures – Future Content. Trion mentioned previously they wanted to get Infernal Dawn: Fire and Planebreaker Bastion Instant Adventures. Today they announced that they plan on bringing in the new Lord Arak raid “Mind of Madness” into Instant Adventure form “quickly after it debuts to the raiding community”. [r] Exciting stuff!
- Aeryle on the forums mentioned that Archonix stated the IA version would be planned for Patch 3.5 during Gamescom. [r]
- Mind of Madness Tier 3. The upcoming 20-man raid arriving in RIFT 3.4: Into the Wilds has been confirmed as Tier 3 by CM Ocho during Intim’s streams last night. [r]
