Open Testing

Open testing for the Primalist calling and the Planetouched Wilds zone is up on the Public Test Shard. You can learn more about accessing the PTS, gearing up and posting feedback here.

General

• Arclight Infiltration Issues. Please note that the Scout Captain Feldain daily carnage and the Activating Arclight Attractors quests are having issues. Fixes will not be available until the next time the event runs. [r] It also sounds as though the initial auto-complete workaround wasn’t able to be applied. [r]

• RIFT Store Wardrobe Discount. There’s currently a 25% off sale on the Credit price of all wardrobe items under RIFT Store -> Wardrobe. This stacks with patron’s 10% discount and will last until the end of this Sunday, 20th Sept 2015 at 11:59:59PM PDT. [r]

• Livestream Summary: Personalities of Planetouched Wilds. Trion held their latest livestream, taking a look at the NPCs in the Planetouched Wilds and their interactions with your character. A variety of other tidbits were mentioned including a new mount for Autumn Harvest. Check out a full summary here!

• PTS: Berserker Up. The Primalist’s Berserker soul is now available for testing on the PTS. You can learn more about how to obtain the Primalist on the PTS and where to post feedback here.
  • Vladd has also posted up a ‘Berserker Feedback‘ thread where you can post your thoughts on the soul.
  • Also, boxes on the PTS should now give you Primalist-related runes (2h DEX and 2h tank runes). [r]

• PTS: Callweddi Info. So far players have discovered that completing the puzzle in Callweddi will provide ‘A Puzzle Piece’ item. We now know that a separate ‘Puzzle Piece’ item can also be obtained when picking up artifacts (Thanks to Tirwen for the info!).
  • These puzzle pieces are assumed to be part of one of the three Mosaics mentioned in the Planetouched Wilds achievements. Likely required to access Callweddi village.

• Concept Art: Crystal Forest Clearing. Senior Concept Artist Stephen Maybee has posted up a ‘Crystal Forest Clearing’ piece from the Planetouched Wilds. Check it out here!
