The Planetouched Wilds’ introduction quests are now available on Live shards since RIFT 3.3: Hotfix #13. If you are Level 65, you should have received in-game mail from Rahn Chuluun.
Click on the mail and receive the quest item. Click on the quest item in your inventory called “Letter from Rahn Chuluun” and a quest window will open – accept the quest to begin the Planetouched Wilds introduction quests!
The initial quest will ask you to enter the Televeyer. This is located outside Lantern Hook in Droughtlands, Mathosia at /setwaypoint 7653 6368.
Note: You won’t be able to enter the zone until RIFT 3.4, but the introduction quests is ‘fairly’ long and will provide you with some initial information about why the zone has been locked away all this time.
Note2: The quests are only accessible to players who are Level 65.
