Open Testing

Open testing for the Primalist calling and the Planetouched Wilds zone is up on the Public Test Shard. You can learn more about accessing the PTS, gearing up and posting feedback here.

General

• Rift Livestream: 3.4 Crafting & UI Additions. Trion is holding a livestream about the crafting and UI additions coming to RIFT in patch 3.4. Just a heads up that Gingers has confirmed the start time is Friday, 11:30AM PDT. [r] Check out Trion’s Twitch Channel this Friday!
  • Wardrobe on AH (PTS). Gingers is asking players to add some armor/weapon pieces onto the Auction House on the PTS to help show off the upcoming “Uncollected Appearances Only” checkbox during the stream. [r]

• PTS Update + Datamining: Warfront Announcers. Latest 1.04GB PTS patch adds Regulos and Usukhel warfront announcers; some crafting achievement additions and new rewards to current PTW achieves; Primalist Berserker updates; and more wardrobe skins. Full info + screens here.

• Exploring RIFT 3.4: Into the Wilds With Trion Worlds [MassivelyOP]. Justin Olivetti over at MassivelyOP chats with Dead Simon about RIFT 3.4. Not much new, but Dead Simon mentioned that 3.4 was coming “really, really soon”. Also, there are plans in the future for the minion system. Check out the full article here!

• Official Ongoing Dimension Request List. Morticus has posted up a collection of all the requests from dimensioneers for dimension items from the special Dimension Skype channel. Have any other dimension-related requests? Post them here!

• 3.4 Crafting/Dimension List Changelog. Morticus has posted up a summary of all the crafting/dimension-related additions coming in RIFT 3.4. These include new Planar Dream Orbs for earrings/belts/gloves; new tier of Runes; and Crafting Rifts available in Planetouched Wilds. Summary available here.

  • The new tier of existing dream orbs are not up on PTS yet. Will be available in the next PTS Update. [r]
