Notice: There’s been a few connectivity issues with Glyph and various Trion games like RIFT and ArcheAge since about 11:40pm PDT on 30th September 2015.
As per RIFT twitter message:
Sorry for the interruption in your adventures, Ascended! We’re investigating the cause of the network issue affecting RIFT now.

Trion is investigating the issue and attempting to resolve.
Glyph is working again but some players are still crashing here and there. Should be able to login now though.
