General

• Razorback Roundup Promo Week is Back. The Razorback Roundup promo week is back with a new Primal Razorback mount! There’s also three dailies you can check out to build up Succulent Truffle currency in order to buy a Razorback mount from the PRI Quartermaster.
  • Note: The current preview for the Primal Razorback is the Primal Warbeast. Trion has confirmed this is incorrect. It’s probably the Gold/Red mount datamined yesterday.

• RIFT Livestream this Friday. Trion will be holding a RIFT Livestream this Friday, Oct 16th at 3:30PM PDT showing off the upcoming Tier 3 20-man raid “Mind of Madness”. Be sure to join CM Ocho, DEV_Anony and Krug on Trion’s Twitch Channel! [r]

• Notice: Do Not Unsocket Planar Earring Runes. There’s currently a bug where unsocketing the upgraded version of the new Planar Earring Runes will cause those upgraded runes to revert back to the base rune! [r] Will probably be fixed in next week’s hotfix.

• Autumn Harvest Instant Adventure. Tacitus teased that for 3 weeks there would be a special Autumn Harvest version of Gloamwood IAs during Autumn Harvest [r] with halloween-themed mobs! [r]
  • This might also mean that Autumn Harvest will last for 3 weeks this year! Also, if you missed yesterday’s News Tidbits, Autumn Harvest begins on Oct 22nd!

• Dancing Partners Disabled. The open world summoning of the Dancing Partner-type items have been disabled due to a bug that put surrounding players into combat. Can still be placed in dimensions. Will be fixed in next week’s hotfix. [r]

• Chronicles Re-enabled. Chronicles (default key “j“) have been re-enabled. [r]

• Primalist Fixes. A couple of fixes to the Primalist class is slated: Heart Freeze and Scirocco will be fixed; a ‘bad tag’ on Lava Lance has been removed; [r] and the Vulcanist’s Beacon of the Drake will no longer continue to damage players even after they’ve died and resurrected. [r]

• Callweddi Puzzle Bug. There’s a rare bug for players doing the 4pc Mosaic on the Callweddi Puzzle. Sometimes you will see more than 4 Disguised Puzzle Cubes. Rest assured that you should be able to complete this stage of the puzzle by searching for the ‘real’ puzzle cube. However, if you’re seeing this issue, please PM Dead Simon! More info here!

• Radiant Planar Dream Orbs Tooltip Error. The Radiant Planar Dream Orbs stats that they give you the best stats, which is incorrect; Blinding Planar Dream Orbs give the best stats. Morticus will fix the tooltip. [r]
