• RIFT 3.4: Into the Wilds Patch Notes.
• Extra Life 2015. 24hr charity gaming weekend, 7th-8th Nov. Trion participating 5th year in a row with fundraising rewards, giveaways, contests, titles and in-game activities.

General

• Notice: RIFT 3.4 Hotfix #7 Delayed to Thursday. Due to some last minute polish, this week’s hotfix will be released simultaneously on NA and EU shards on Thursday. [r] No exact downtime information posted up yet – we’ll probably have to wait until Wednesday for that info.
  • There’s a few things you should be aware of, like holding back on turning in weeklies after this week’s weekly reset. More info here.
  • Tier 3 20-man “The Mind of Madness” launches with the hotfix. You can check out a preview of the first 5 bosses here.

• World First Rapid Assault: Hammerknell Fortress by Coriolis. Congratulations to the guild Coriolis (Hailol) for their World First “Rapid Assault: Hammerknell Fortress” achievement! The achievement requires taking down all 11 bosses in HK within 2hrs of entering. They managed to complete it in 1hr 57min!

• PTS Update: T3 Relic Procs. Tier 3 weapon relics now have procs on the PTS; T3 Trinket drops found; Quest currency rewards changes: Fragments of Darkness added, Fragments of Horror removed; Tier 3 DPS/Tank sidegrade now costs Fragments of the Broken Pantheon. Full info and screens here.

• Tier 3 Guard Information. Vladd has posted up Tier 3 Guard information: [r]
  • 3900 will get you 5%. This is the standard starting value for each tier.
  • 4500 will get you 10%. Soft cap.
  • 5700 will get you to 12%. Hard cap.

• Tier 3 Entrance. Lifeismyastery on the forums has posted up the entrance to Tier 3 – it’s located at the Tenebrean Craters in Tarken Glacier at /setwaypoint 4082 2211. Note that this might be a temporary entrance location, and it is currently disabled on the PTS.

• Primalist Bag Loot UI Bug. UI Software Engineer “tynaut” has a fix for the Primalist loot bag UI bug that causes the loot bag to reset its position (not appear in front of your mouse cursor like normal). Fix should be in this week’s hotfix. [r]
