• Extra Life 2015. 24hr charity gaming weekend, 7th-8th Nov. Trion participating 5th year in a row with fundraising rewards, giveaways, contests, titles and in-game activities.
• Autumn Harvest World Event Guide. Check out all there is to know about the current Autumn Harvest world event!

General

• Planned Shard Downtime. RIFT will be going down for RIFT 3.4 Hotfix #7 on Thursday with an estimated downtime of 1hr 15min at the following times:
  • North America: 5th Nov at 7:30 AM PST
  • Europe: 5th Nov at 3:30 PM GMT

• Extra Life Planetouched Wilds Event. Live Content Designer Kerilar has tweeted there is going to be some “ExtraLife craziness” during the Extra Life 24hr gaming charity event. Be sure to head over to the Level 65 Planetouched Wilds zone in Mathosia this Saturday, 7th Nov at 9am PST. He also stated that “There may or may not be players dying to something player-like. In mass quantities” [r].
  • Mark your calendars, and don’t forget that Extra Life starts on Saturday as well! 24hr title reward “The Altruist” starts counting at 8am PST on Saturday, 7th Nov 2015 and ends at 8am PST on Monday, 9th Nov 2015.

• Raid Currency Conversion & Pricing Information. CM Ocho has posted up information about various raid gear/currency adjustments happening tomorrow (Hotfix #7). Read full information here. Brief summary of key points:
  • Tier 1 store-bought gear will now cost Abyssal Crusader’s Marks.
  • Fragments of Horror will be converted to Abyssal Crusader’s Marks at 2:1 ratio. That means every 2 Fragments of Horror will give you 1 Abyssal Crusader’s Marks.
    • Conversion does not count towards weekly cap. [r]
  • Credit price of Tier 1 gear will drop by 40% after hotfix.
  • If you have enough Fragments of Horror, purchase Tier 1 gear before the hotfix this week!
  • Be sure to inform friends/guild so they are not caught off-guard by the change tomorrow.

• About Today’s Downtime Message. If you were online earlier in the day, you might have noticed a server message pop up about down-time on Wednesday. This was an automated downtime message that wasn’t removed after Trion pushed the hotfix back to Thursday. [r]

• Mind of Madness Concept Art. Lead Concept Artist Sven Bybee has posted up some new concept art relating to the Mind of Madness, including Enigma and Dark Genesis boss designs. • Uncle Stan’s Lure. Morticus will “take a look” at possibly removing Rare Atragarian Artifact Lure and associated recipe from Uncle Stan’s Super Secret Lure’s loot table. [r]
