RIFT news tidbits for 18th November 2015.

• RIFT 3.4: Into the Wilds Patch Notes.
• Unicornalia Promo Week is On-going. Get Sparkles for Unicorn mounts and check out the new Celestial Unicorn mount. Ends 3:30PM Server Time on Thursday, 19th Nov 2015.

General

• RIFT 3.4 Hotfix #9. RIFT has been updated to 3.4 Hotfix #9. Some small fixes to PTW quests, Primalist, Mind of Madness and certain items. Chronicle daily charges fixed to reward only 1x charge per day. Stan’s lure + grab bag dimension loot table no longer drops common items. Full hotfix notes here.
  • Note: Initially the hotfix notes included a section about Tier 2 pvp gear. This was unintended and the new upgrade path is slated for Patch 3.5 in December.

• Planned Region Downtime. Shards will be going down tomorrow for RIFT 3.4 Hotfix #10.
  • North America: 7:30 AM PST on Thursday, 11/19/15. Estimated downtime is 1hr 15min. [r]
  • Europe: 2 AM GMT on 11/20/15. Estimated downtime is 1hr. [r]

• Marauder’s Supply Crate Confirmation. CM Ocho has confirmed that the current lowest tier PvP-dropped gear (Ephemeral) will be retired from the Marauder’s Supply Crate with Patch 3.5. It will still be upgradeable to Dreambreaker though. Dreambreaker gear should be the new drop for Marauder’s Supply Crates (when 3.5 comes out in Dec).

• Live Datamining: New Icons #2. Latest hotfix added a few new icons: more Fae Yule-related icons including three new mounts and two companion pets; Trove dimension items including building blocks and trees; as well as some Planetouched Wilds dimension item icons. More info here.

• Teth Shigiin Info. For those hunting the Teths and struggling with Teth Shigiin – he was part of an onslaught activated during the Planetouched Wild storyline. Due to the way credit worked on the quest, you might have completed that part of the quest without killing Teth Shigiin. At some point in the future he will appear as a general open world rare spawn.
