General

• Reminder: Black Friday RIFT Sales. Just a reminder that the latest sales on RIFT Sales (50% off NT/Storm/Dream Soul Packs; 25% off Premium mounts) ends tonight at 11:59:59PM PST Nov 30th 2015.

• Livestream Summary: Mind of Madness Arisen Arak. Last week Trion showed off the Mind of Madness raid, featuring the last four bosses: Enigma, Lady Justice, Dark Genesis and The Arisen Arak. Launches with 3.5. Check out a summary and screenshots here!

• Further Explanation: Affinity System. SupermanSocks has clarified and provided further information on how the Affinity System works. [r] [r]
  • You get 5 Affinity per daily login (Patron).
  • You get 1 Affinity per hour played as a Patron, up to 3 Affinity per day.
  • Affinity will update in real-time.
  • The hour-based Affinity gain can be acquired over multiple game sessions. I.e., you can play for 30min, stop, then play for another 30min and it’ll count as 1hr.
  • Affinity is region-wide, not account-wide.
  • You use Affinity to purchase various items such as lockbox mounts, dimension boxes and special Stan’s fishing poles/lures. List of Affinity Rewards can be found here and here.

• Dimension Fixes. Trion will have a fix in for the missing music boxes/promo bags on the RIFT Store, and Marigold is working on a fix for the collision issues with the Peaceful Hills dimension key (PTS). [r] Incorrect AH listings of new Planetouched Wilds dimension items currently on the PTS will also be fixed. [r]

• Shal Korva Grab Bag – Limited. Morticus has mentioned that the Shal Korva Dimension Key Grab Bag (releasing with 3.5) will only be on the RIFT Store for ~8-12 weeks. It has a rare chance of dropping the Shal Korva dimension key, as well as other keys from other parts of the game. [r]

• Strozza Estate Villa Dimension. Morticus has mentioned that Trion might look at improving the Strozza Estate Villa dimension that you can purchase from the artifact vendor with Lucky Coins. No details. [r]

• Primalist & PTW Quest Fix. A fix is currently being worked on for issues that Primalists are having with “The Spirit Walk” quest in the Planetouched Wilds. [r]

Tip: Save up your Aventurine if you are planning on getting the new Fae Yule minions.

If you’re an avid dimensioneer or just love to view the amazing creations by fellow Rift players, be sure to check out The Dimension Gallery where you can view and submit screenshots of dimensions! A whole plethora of amazing dimensions, and it looks like some players are starting to build up their Xmas-themed dimension! Check them all out here!

• Rift – Old School Warrior Montage [PvP][Video]. SirSpaceboots has uploaded a montage of some of his Warrior’s 61 Paragon warfront adventures back in Patch 3.4. Check it out here!
