• RIFT 3.5: Winter’s Wrath. Patch Notes and additional information.

General

• Glyph Connectivity Issues. Trion is investigating an issue causing some players to have connectivity issues in the Glyph Client. As a temporary solution, some players have been able to resolve the issues by deleting the Glyph cache file located in “C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Glyph\Cache” or “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RIFT\GlyphClient.cfg” for Steam users. [r]

• REX Issues Resolved. Issues with consuming REX should be resolved now. If you feel like there’s some issues with the amount of Credits you gained when consuming REX over the past few days, please contest customer support! [r]

• About Reporting Game Performance. CM Ocho has listed out some specific data they would like to see when a player reports a game performance/server issue to help the engineers pin-point the issue. You can check out the list here.

• Dream Orbs Stat Sheet. Thanks to Leja and Javier for sending in some of the Blinding Planar Dream Orb stats. Updated the Dream Orbs Stat Sheet. I’ll work on filling out the rest before the New Year’s out.

• The Mind of Madness Progression. World/Region standings have been updated. There’s also some new videos. Congratulations to the following guilds for downing some of the latest bosses:
  • The Enigma: Transcendent (Gelidra, EU) with EU 3rd, World 3rd; Khalim’na (Brisesol, EU) with EU 4th, World 4th; Trinity (Laethys, NA) with NA 1st, World 5th; and Coriolis (Hailol, NA) with NA 2nd, World 6th.
    • Apotheosys vs The Enigma – Cleric Tank by Oria Xu. (Also shows opening sequence for the boss).
    • Fires of Heaven vs The Enigma – Mage Harbinger by LifeIsMystery.
    • Coriolis vs The Enigma – Cleric Defiler by ibtarnine.
  • Dark Genesis: The Fires of Heaven (Zaviel, EU) with World 1st Dark Genesis.

• Mals’ Yule Dimension Contest Ending [Contest]. Just a heads up that Mals’ Yule Dimension Contest ends at Midnight (GMT) on Dec 22nd 2015. Mals has posted that your dimension has to be open to the public by that time; late entry or late openings will not be judged! [r] Post up your entry and open it to the public quick!

• The Yule Nug (4) – Mink Mayhem [Contest]. The final part of “The Yule Nug” contest series has now started. Thanks to the Ascended, Greatfather Frost’s Gift List was retrieved. As a reward, there’s a Merry Mink Mount available to anyone that can tame it. Be sure to get your entries in quick as the contest ends on Wednesday 23rd Dec 2015 at 11:59:59PM PST. Multiple prizes!

• Rift-Wardrobe December Contest [Contest]. The next Wardrobe Wednesday is being held this Wednesday at 3PM EST. Be sure to check it out here! Entries have ended for this week’s Wardrobe Wednesday, but next week’s should end this Sunday, 27th Dec 2015. Be sure to get your entries in for your chance to win a Tarken Lifter mount!

• Tempest Warrior PvP Guide [Guide][Video]. Grim has uploaded a video guide to the Warrior’s PvP Tempest build. Check it out here!

• Keep Your Toons Fit In A Parkour Dimension [Dimension]. Dimension Diva over at The Dimension Touring Company has taken a tour of a more user-active dimension. Test your parkour abilities in Silenta@Seastone’s “ULTIMATE JUMPING SKILLZ” dimension! How far can you go? Check out the preview here!

• RP – A Victorian Christmas [Dimension]. Feendish is back! As Xmas draws near, it’s time for some holiday-themed dimensions and the folks are The Dimension Touring Company are ready! Feendish takes us on a tour of Valzen@Faeblight’s “RP – Victorian Christmas” in her latest tour – be sure to check out this Christmas-themed dimension, with a bit of upper-class flair!
