RIFT 3.5 Hotfix #8

GENERAL
* As part of our efforts to improve the RIFT economy, we’re increasing the cap on currency for Free players to 5,000 Platinum.
– Note: Because these sorts of changes can produce effects that can’t be completely predicted, this change is an experiment in progress. As such, we’ll observe its impact and adjust as necessary in the future.
* Updated the description of the Wilds Pack.
* Updated the text on Earring Slots to reflect that they unlock for all characters on the account.
* Fixed a memory leak that may have caused some instability.

RAIDS AND DUNGEONS

RHAZA’DE CANYONS
* Reduced the damage of Basilily’s Searing Wave such that it will no longer instantly kill players that fail the LOS check.
* Reduced the difficulty of all bosses within this instance. Health has been reduced 15-25%, damage dealt has been reduced between 20-30%.

MIND OF MADNESS
* Arisen Arak: The phase transition beams now deal 1/3rd of the damage they had been dealing.

ITEMS
* Fixed an issue which prevented more than one player from using “Ethereal Ascension” on a target at the same time.
