IMG Source: Trion Worlds

The Oracle is the Patch 2.7 Soul for Clerics. It is a Support soul that uses Water and Death abilities to support the team.

Obtained: “Dream Soul Pack” from Rift Store -> Services for 5,000 Credits (4,500 for Patrons). The Dream Soul Pack provides you with the Liberator, Physician, Arbiter and Oracle souls, applied account-wide.

Lore

The Oracle comes from a future, alternate timeline where they attempt to forestall the annihilation of Telara. In this future, various planar creatures have teamed up with the Ascended to fight back against creatures known as the Tenebrean.

Syntyche the Oracle – the last Kelari on Telara uses the Failsafe to go back in time – to our timeline. She ends up having multiple versions of herself, each one warning the others of the disaster that she has escaped from.

More information can be found on the Rift website’s Oracle post here as well as during the Runic Athenaeum Soul Quest Chain.

Soul Abilities

The Oracle soul is a Support soul with buffs, debuffs and a variety of damaging abilities.

  • Debuffs are AoE.
  • Oracle’s versions of motifs and fanfares are the same as bard but work differently. They do not stack with bard versions.
  • Magelo has a Soul tree builder for the Oracle soul (and other 2.7 souls) here.
  • A list of Soul Abilities can be found at Magelo.
