RIFT 2.8 Hotfix #6 is coming out: Cleric Warden changes; Bindings of Blood bosses now drop 2x Soul of the Bloodstorm and Tier 2 Raid gear on the RIFT Store now no longer requires Heart of the Planebreaker to upgrade to Relic!
