Latest hotfix reduces healing from Cleric Inquisitor’s Judicial Privilege and Rogue Nightblade’s Twilight Transcendence to 25% of max HP in PvP (compared to 50% in PvE); Margle Palace performance tweaks; Cape Jule IA bug fixed.

Red Hawk reassures Mage Chloros that if the upcoming PvP fixes make them too weak, he’ll tweak them up a bit. Also, he has a fix for Rogue Nightblade’s Twilight Transcendence and Cleric Inquisitor’s Judicial Privilege heals as well. These are likely going to be nerfs. RIFT updated to 3.2 Hotfix #11; Summerfest World Event starts tomorrow; 6 new Minion Cards to collect; Glyph Error #1008/#1038 solutions; Captain Cursor records lines for Cosmologist Mann’s Warfront Announcer and Morticus to look at further craft sinks. Small hotfix today, but with some fixes to Cleric Inquisitor’s Zealotry buff; buffs to Cleric Shamans; a nerf to Warrior Reaver DoTs (in PvP) and a correction to Rogue Marksman’s Strafe damage.

This week’s hotfix brings various Carnival changes including Level 65 Carnival Essence boost; 6-star 10hr Carnival minion adventures now drop Limited Edition: Twisted Carousel Ram Trove; Auroral Doubloons-to-Prize-Tickets conversion. Guard rating for Tier 2 up; Manugo Guild Weekly objective reduced from 10k to 600, Conquest kills also reduced. Cleric: Inquisitor, Mage: Archon, Dominator and Pyromancer, and Rogue: Marksman changes. IA boss hp reduced by 60%; dimension keys no longer stack.

Guild Level increased to 30; Earring recipes up for Artificers, some Soul changes and Raid changes. Check them out here!
