Notice: North American shards are going down for a server restart at 4:15 PM PST on 1/21/16. Estimated downtime is ~1hr although Trion hopes to to get the servers up prior.
Reason for server restart is to fix the issue with players being unable to purchase the new Limited Edition: Spooky the Nightmare Budgie Troves from the Budgie Madness Promo Week that just began at 3:30PM PST today.
Update 5:00PM PST: Shards are back up!
